Aaron Migdol, Principal
Aaron is the founder and sole principal of the company; he is a small business owner and real estate manager who has worked in Harlem for over 20 years. He has been working in the real estate and construction industries in New York City since high school, continuing through law school to present.
Aaron’s connection to New York City real estate stems from his grandfather, who emigrated to America from Europe and became a licensed plumber in Queens; after not being paid by an owner for a plumbing job, he filed a mechanics lien on a small, residential building, and eventually became the owner. While growing up, Aaron learned plumbing, construction and property management from his grandfather at that building. After Aaron graduated from college, his father quit his job working for a large, national real estate company to partner with Aaron to broker and renovate residential buildings; the two of them brokered, renovated and managed buildings for years until Aaron started his own business.
Aaron has worked in construction, been a real estate broker, he’s worked as a general contractor and a lawyer. His primary focus is improving and managing previously mismanaged residential buildings.
Over the course of two decades, Aaron has built a network of excellent real estate professionals — from contractors to engineers to attorneys — and has assembled an all-star management team; he is very grateful to work with all of them.
In 2024, Aaron created the Migdol Family Memorial Fund to honor the memory of his father and brother.
Aaron is a husband and father of two, and after work, he can usually be found at his kids’ sports practices and games.
